Greg, got a new calling and is the Elder Quorum Sec. and he is still in the Scout's. The biggest change with him is he got a new job! He is a garage man for Waste Management. Which is right down the street, which is a huge saving on gas! He is really enjoying the change. His last job was kinda getting scary because of all the changes that are happening out at the Base. He has been at the new job for 2 weeks and has been doing training. It has been a bummer, with the training, he has been putting in long hours. We have been praying for a new job for a while now and this is a huge blessing.
Harrison is LOVING being a big brother and wants to hold her all the time. Even when I am feeding her. He is such a big help and does so much to help me. Also he has learned that he can get into things when I am busy with the baby and has had tons of treats without mom's ok. He is loving it! He loves all the time that he has been able to spend with grandma's and grandpa. He loves going out to grandpa great's house with grandma. She takes him to help me out for a few hours and it is a huge help.
Me, I am learning that having two kids is a lot different then having one. It is so much fun to see the difference in my kids. I am doing well with my recovery and her birth was SO much better then Harrison's and it is night and day. I have been out walking already. Where with Harrison I was pretty much in bed for a few weeks. I feel so blessed to have the family that I do. Greg stayed the whole time in the hospital with me and I loved having time with him and the baby. I have to say I miss having the nurses do tons for me. Ha! Plus, the ice at the hospital! I love that ice. Funny, I know.
We are in the process of paying off the van and saving for a house. I have found a few around here that I really like and hopefully soon we will be able to start looking more. We are wanting to stay around here, so that Greg doesn't have to drive to far for his work. Plus, we love the country. Greg laughs at me, when we are in Ogden I feel as though there is a ton of people everywhere!
My mother in law has gotten tons of animals out here. Which Greg is in charge of taking care of. We now have 1 horse, 2 piggies, 4 turkeys (2 big and 2 little), 4 chickens. Everyone keeps asking if we are starting a petting zoo. Pretty soon it will be true.
Just a little update! Everything is crazy and so much fun! I have tons of things that I need to update my blog about. Soon I hope!
